End User Lisence Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT: READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING THE FLOWTRADE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL, DOWNLOAD, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. LICENSE GRANT. Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, FLOWTRADE.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the FlowTrade software on a single computer for your personal or business use.

2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the FLOWTRADE.ai software, in whole or in part. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels on the software.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The FLOWTRADE.ai software and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated therewith are the sole and exclusive property of FLOWTRADE.ai. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in or to the software.

4. SUPPORT AND UPDATES. FLOWTRADE.ai may provide you with support services related to the software. FlowTrade may also provide you with updates to the software from time to time.

5. TERMINATION. This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from FLOWTRADE.ai if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the software.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FLOWTRADE.ai DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOWTRADE.ai BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF FLOWTRADE.ai HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. GOVERNING LAW. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and FlowTrade with respect to the software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and FLOWTRADE.ai

10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
